Sometimes I can’t believe that I am just this kid from Clendon who gets to travel the world doing something that I love. I used to have to read the papers and watch the TV once a week to find out about what was happening in the basketball world. Now I get to travel and see it firsthand and take teams that I coach to see it too. My Mum always taught me to dream big, because if you fail at least you had a shot at it. This is something that I tell the kids that I coach. Lots of the kids that I have coached are now coaching themselves, doing well, having families. Seeing them succeed in life is way better than just winning games. I love coaching. I try to make that first taste of basketball so awesome that they continue.
