I love inventing things. I’ve turned a plane into a drone and I even made a robot. My Opa was a carpenter who came to New Zealand after the war. He was really skilled with his hands. In intermediate he passed on to me a model boat that he had been working on, and then my dad and I continued to work on it too. We still haven’t finished it! I will probably be working on it with my own kids! My Opa loved spending time with family. He passed that value on too, along with working hard, honour and responsibility. I want to pass those values on to my own daughter, and to teach her to make her own decisions. I want her to be anything that she wants to be.
A wonderful heritage.
Maaaan, how am I just seeing this now! So awesome to read this about you Brett! And to see you and your family grow and thrive, even after all these years, is so wonderful!
