“I love the fitness industry and always have. I’m up at quarter past four every morning preparing for the day and for the first sessions. All weights, boxing, and regular sessions are planned myself, often late into the night. What I believe changes a community is FAMILY!! I know that by looking after the mum, she will in turn influence her family, which will then go out into the community.

The incredible impact that consistent training and balanced nutrition has on the family is what keeps me going. I don’t promote fast change; I’m about changing a lifestyle to make it sustainable. I don’t talk about being fat or wanting to lose weight, I talk about wanting to get fit strong and healthy. I want people to love themselves and have a positive body image.”
